The article analyzes the new problem of the relationship between donation and insurance from the point of view of the uncertain stability of ownership of the property purchased by the donor and, consequently, whether and to what limits, the donor can find compensatory protection in the insurance instrument. More precisely: a) due to the revocation of the donation (due to the ingratitude of the donor or the occurrence of children); b) reversibility of the donated thing by the donor's premorience; c) guarantee for avoidment and defects of the donated thing[Abstract appeared in the Journal]
