The study of the relations between power and rights, with the focus on the dignity of the person, has been enriched in Dalla Torre's most recent writings by the acute perception of new risks of abuse of power in the digital society. Enhancing the general principles of the legal system is the way to guarantee its consistency and rationality and subjective legal situations, according to the perspective also applied in the judgment drafted in 2020 as Judge of the Senate's internal jurisdiction.[Abstract appeared in the Journal]
