This work develops around the issues of the legal education and, more in general, on the role that jurists have in present society, which is characterised by the instability of transitional processes. The analysis starts from a critical appraisal on the educational training of students in the School of Law (and/or of High Education students in juridical science, more in general), and it projects this reflection on the wider issues of the educative function of scholars and of the “jurist-to-be” that is expected to develop. These considerations are contextualized, in particular in the second part of the work, within the legal regulations that are the expertise of the A.[Abstract appeared in the Journal]
