The paper deals with the financial damage related to the activity of primary care medical doctor in prescribing drugs reimbursable by the National Health Service. This activity is under control of Health Authority according to National collective agreement for primary care medicine. In the event of a negative evaluation, the medical doctor must reimburse the unduly prescribed drugs otherwise a complaint is made to the Public Prosecutor's Office of the Court of Auditors. The AA., after examining the regulatory framework, explored the judgments of the Court of Auditors to understand whether, and in which terms, the evaluation criteria referred to the National collective agreement for drugs prescriptive appropriateness correspond to the administrative responsibility profiles.[Abstract appeared in the Journal]
