Aim of this paper is to analyse new forms of theoretical approach in criminal justice, especially in the field of alternative dispute resolution. In particular some trends of the new qualitative and theoretical ways of "doing crime" by juveniles are evaluated, in terms of broader transformations of the penal and social intervention of the State. In this paper, through the opposition of two mythological figures (Dike and Nomos), two different ways of criminal justice philosophies are discussed.[Abstract appeared in the Journal]
