The paper analyzes the problem of the devolution of inheritance in favor of minor subjects, as the rules set up to protect them make - sometimes - the dynamics of inheritance relationships unclear, especially towards hereditary creditors; in particular, the position of the minor is investigated in the period of time between the opening of the succession and the completion of the fulfillments required by the art. 484 of the Civil Code.[Abstract appeared in the Journal]
